Fundraiser Tips and Reminders:
- ALL MONEY SHOULD BE TURNED IN DIRECTLY TO MRS. JANTZ IN THE FRONT OFFICE.
- #1 Rule: ALWAYS ask permission before you go out to fundraise and NEVER go alone.
- If you can, collect all money from your customers and then write one check for the total amount to turn in with the order form. This really streamlines the ordering process, and helps us make sure we collect the right amount of money.
- Create an online account to maximize your fundraising potential! With an online account, you can share your unique shopping link with friends and family near and far. This also takes a lot of the work out of fundraising, as your customers can shop whenever they like and the items will ship directly to them.
- When sending your link, be sure to include a personal note/appeal to your customer to support your cause.
- Always offer customers the option to simply donate rather than purchase a product. A direct donation to our program means we get 100% of the proceeds, rather that just a portion of a sale.
- Use the online store AND the physical catalogue to maximize your fundraising potential.

Q: Who do I make checks out to?
A: Escalante Middle School - memo line: (your students name). Please, do not write checks out to the fundraising company.
Q: Can I pay in cash?
A: Paying in cash is fine, although checks are encouraged to reduce the risk of lost money. Please write checks to Escalante Middle School - Memo line: (your student's name)
Q: How do I fill out the order form?
A: Please read the directions carefully. Keep track of each customer's contact info so you can deliver their product when it arrives. Each item has a 4-digit "item code" which must be written on the order form, along with the quantity being sold AND the TOTAL price for that quantity. Please be sure to write the total number of items sold along with the total money collected prior to turning in your order form. Order forms with missing information will NOT be accepted.
Q: Where is my "student code?"
A: Your student code is at the top of your dashboard on your online account. If you fundraise online AND in-person, you will need to put this student code on your paper order form to link your accounts and ensure you get the correct prize category.
Q: How long will the Fundraiser last?
A: About two weeks. The deadline to return order forms and payment is Thursday, October 5th. Late order forms will not be accepted as all paper orders will be mailed to the company at 4pm on Thursday, October 5th.
Q: If I don't wish to sell or buy anything, may I still donate to the program?
A: Absolutely! Checks may be made out to "Escalante Middle School." Write "Music Donation" in the memo line.
Q: Can I make more than one Fundraising Account for my child?
A: Please limit online accounts to one per student. Additional accounts may be created, but it becomes difficult to track how much a student fundraised across several accounts. This may result in a skewed total items sold, meaning students may not get their correct prizes.
Q: When will the orders arrive?
A: After all fundraising order forms are collected, we will send them off to the company which places one large order. This order should ship by mid-November to Early December. Most online orders will ship directly to the purchaser's home address as they are ordered. Orders placed in person will be delivered to Escalante and will be available for pick-up by each student/ family. All "sellers" (students participating in the fundraiser) are responsible for delivering any items sold to their customers.

A: Prizes are earned based on the quantity of items sold. Please refer to the fundraiser packet for more info.
